The impact of this disease has been devastating for those who have been sick, lost their lives or have loved ones suffering from it and it has also created significant economic hardships for many. We wish only the best for everyone that has been impacted and look forward to the day when we can welcome you back to our casinos.

We know that some of you may be concerned about benefits and rewards that you earned at a mychoice® casino. While you have other, more important things to be concerned about right now, we want to assure you that your benefits and rewards will be here waiting for you, when we are able to open our doors and welcome you back to our casinos.

Several of you have written to us with questions about your mychoice account and we wanted to take the time to respond to the most frequently asked questions we have received.

 
  • What is going to happen to my offers that I can’t use while you’re closed?
    • If you received hotel or food offers, Free SlotPlay® or free table play, valid during the time your favorite mychoice casino is closed, we guarantee that similar offers will be available when the casino reopens.
       
  • Where can I get my 2019 win/loss statement?
    • You can get your win/loss statement on mychoice.com.
      • Log in with your email address and password on mychoice.com.
        • If you have not created an online account, click on “Register” in the upper right-hand corner to create an account.
      • Click on "My Account". You will be taken to the account details page where your win/loss statements will be available.
    • If you play at Cactus Petes in Jackpot, NV, please visit http://cactuspetes.mychoice.com to view your account details.
  • The casino closures are going to make it harder for me to get to the next tier level, how are you going to address this lost opportunity to earn tier points?
    • We understand the importance of your tier status and we will be communicating ways for you to retain your tier status in 2021 soon.
       
  • Is my mycash going to expire?
    • mycash balance expirations will be put on hold until further notice. This will give you plenty of time to redeem your mycash when your favorite mychoice casinos reopen.
       
  • When are you going to reopen?
    • The safety and health of our employees and our mychoice members is our top priority. We will reopen when our local and state officials allow businesses to reopen. As soon as we have opening dates, we will notify you through email, our websites, and our Facebook pages.
       
  • What are you doing to clean your properties when you are closed?
    • Since we were required to close our casinos, we have been deep cleaning our facilities, including slot machines, railings, seating, escalators, elevator buttons, and menus. In addition, we are installing new equipment at all of our casinos, which will spray an atomized sanitizer mist to disinfect everything it encounters. The health and well-being of our guests and team members has always been and will continue to be our paramount concern. Once we are able to open our casinos, we will continue following the stringent CDC-recommended protocols, including increased daily cleaning regimens, maximizing air circulation, cancelling or postponing live events, and reducing the number of chairs at our dining facilities, table games, and poker rooms, as well as the number of slot machines in play at any one time, to increase social distancing, among other initiatives.

Please know that even though our doors may be closed today, we do wish you were here, and we hope to welcome you back very soon. In the meantime please take care of yourself and your loved ones. We look forward to fun times to come!
