We're Updating Our Subscriber Agreement | |
We are updating our Subscriber Agreement.
These updates include combining our Hulu Subscriber Agreement with the Subscriber Agreement that governs Disney+ and ESPN+, so that the terms of use for each of our streaming services and bundles are all in one place. If you don't have a Disney+ or ESPN+ subscription, some of these terms may not be relevant to you. Future notices may come in a single, combined email, whether you subscribe to Disney+, ESPN+, or Hulu (or some combination of them).
These terms will apply as of January 27, 2025 for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, like you, these terms will be effective beginning on March 24, 2025, unless you acknowledge an in-app notice of these changes earlier. Until then, the terms of our prior Subscriber Agreement apply to your Hulu subscription.
We encourage you to review the updated Subscriber Agreement in full and save a copy for your files. Once effective, it will govern your use and enjoyment of your Disney+, ESPN+, or Hulu subscription. We are as committed as ever to making sure you have an enjoyable streaming experience. Please visit our Help Center for more information about your subscription.
We have highlighted some of the changes for your reference:
• We're adding information regarding billing and payment processes.
• We are clarifying that, as we continue to increase the breadth and depth of the content we make available to you, circumstances may require that certain titles and types of content include ads, even in our 'no ads' or 'ad free' subscription tiers.
• We're clarifying that the same arbitration agreement applies to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.
