Over 60% of Democratic Primary voters say Charlie Dooley is “a strong leader,” who “puts the people of St. Louis County first,” “gets things done,” and “has made St. Louis County safer.” Charlie currently has a +37 percentage point lead over his opponents in the initial vote preference for County Executive, and he leads in every geographic region of the county and with every demographic subgroup in the Democratic Primary. Charlie Dooley has a distinguished record of accomplishments including bringing more than 5,000 jobs to the region in the last year alone, gaining the highest bond rating in the state, and reducing St. Louis County’s crime rate to a forty-year low.
